Delayed Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond our standard shipping time (4-14 business days), we will provide you with a $5 coupon code for your next purchase. This coupon will be issued once the delayed order is successfully delivered.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during shipping, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us if your tracking information shows no updates for more than 30 days.

Damaged Items

If any items in your order arrive damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged items and provide photos for verification.

No Delivery in 30 Days

If your order does not arrive within 30 days from the shipping date, we will issue a full refund. Kindly reach out to us with your order details to initiate the refund process.
